Carrithers has over 20 years of extensive experience across aerospace, industrial, and automation companies, including American spaceflight company Astra (NASDAQ: ASTR), and global robotics and automation company KUKA. Most recently, Carrithers was the Vice President of Strategic Finance and Treasury at Ginkgo Bioworks (NYSE: DNA), proving his deep operational insight and capital markets acumen in leading the financial strategy for publicly traded companies. He brings to Merlin a strong track record in scaling complex engineering-driven businesses and domain expertise in aerospace, defense, automation, and industrial systems.
